Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed territory sales targets through active lead management and conversion.
  • Identify and build relationships with local architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and procurement heads.
  • Generate daily project leads through site visits, tele calling, and market mapping.
  • Present product samples, specifications, and coordinate mockups/demo installations.
  • Manage existing channel partners and onboard new ones for territory expansion.
  • Work closely with logistics, operations, and CRM team to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Ensure daily lead updates, activity tracking, and reports via CRM.
Key KPIs:
  • Monthly/quarterly revenue vs. target
  • Number of active leads Camp; site visits conducted
  • Conversion rate from site visits to orders
  • Channel partner performance Camp; contribution
  • CRM update frequency Camp; data quality
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of field sales experience in building materials, tiles, cement, real estate, etc.
  • Strong understanding of project sales cycles and specification selling.
  • Hands-on with site visits, lead management, and local relationship building.
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up and closing ability.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
Working Days and time
Monday to Friday – 09.00 am to 05.30 pm (Work from Office)
Saturday – 09.00 am to 02.00 pm (Work from Home)
