Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. If you enjoy creating engaging visuals, designing graphics, and producing short videos, this is an excellent opportunity for you to capitalise on your skills in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for a
visual storyteller who can balance the precision of print production with the fast-paced demands of digital media. He/she will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency across platforms and creating branded assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Print and Publication: Design product literature (catalogues, fliers, etc.) and print-ready assets
- Digital Content: Create artworks for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Emails and Presentations: Develop visually appealing email templates and high-impact presentations using advanced features in Microsoft PowerPoint
- BTL and Gifting: Design mock-ups and artworks for "Below The Line" activities, including sample boxes, gifting elements, etc.
- Events: Design mock-ups and branding elements for events and exhibitions
- Internal Communications: Support with graphics for internal campaigns and companywide posts
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all assets align with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines
- Video Editing: Make long-form and short-form video content as per the storyboard/brief
- Images: Create/transform/edit images for the website and other external showcases
Skillsets
- Adobe Suite (mandatory) - Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced features)
- Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator and similar new-age tools
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- 3D software – added bonus
- Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics (good to have)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Mass Media, or a related field
- Diploma or Certification in graphics design
- 2-3 years of full-time experience in design, content creation, and video development
