Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve faults in industrial electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and avoid failures.
- Maintain and repair AC/DC motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motor control circuits, and control panels.
- Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLCs and related automation systems.
- Inspect and maintain transformers, switchgears, circuit breakers, and electrical distribution panels.
- Handle instrumentation and calibration tasks, including work with temperature sensors, pressure gauges, flow meters, level indicators, proximity sensors, and encoders.
- Ensure safe and efficient installation of industrial wiring, power, and control systems.
- Optimize power consumption and improve system efficiency through energy management and power factor correction.
- Maintain compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams for equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
Requirements: Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic or B. Tech equivalent.
